Progress Report

Summary of Work

　Following the previous update, I am continuing to create different facial variations and expressions for the enemy characters. The title of the previous article was “QUEEN of MASSACRE 77: Enemy Face & Expression Variations.” The title of this article is “QUEEN of MASSACRE 78: Enemy Face & Expression Variations 2.” 　I can’t help but smile wryly at the unchanging title. However, the fundamental reason for the unchanged article title is that the nature of the work itself remains the same. It’s a seemingly endless repetition of similar—yet never identical—tasks, causing me to lose track of time. 　Despite this, the work is progressing smoothly. I have finally completed all the planned facial variations for the enemy characters. Next, I am working on creating the expression variations. 　Here is the current progress towards the ongoing task goals:

　The work continues. The gates of hell have already opened, and the exit is still nowhere in sight.

Deliverables

Face Variations

　On the left, I have placed images that were frequently exported during the creation process and connected them to form a pseudo-animation. I have often created these in the past as well. They make the creation process easier to understand and look quite interesting, so I plan to continue making them as much as possible.

Expression Variations

　I have made an animation by connecting the completed expressions. This is just a bit of fun, but despite being simple animations with only three patterns, they surprisingly appear to connect smoothly.

Future Sales Policy

　In an article from quite some time ago, I mentioned that I would refrain from participating in sales unless there were significant changes. Nearly three years have passed since then, and my feelings have gradually started to change recently. While I haven’t decided on a specific time, I might participate in discount sales if the opportunity arises. 　I apologize to those who have already purchased at full price and hope for your understanding.
